Cancellation of Services: If we are unable to resolve an issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to cancel our monthly retainer services by providing us with a written 30-day cancellation notice. Any specific terms outlined in your individual contract will apply.

Uncompleted Services: If a particular service cannot be completed due to our capabilities, we may offer a refund or provide an additional service based on mutual agreement.

Processing Fee: Please note that a 6% processing fee will be applied to any refunds processed via PayPal, Stripe, or credit card payments.
